Electronic Workplace engaged The Richmond Marketing Consultancy to provide an ongoing marketing function. The company, which provides outsourced IT services to small and medium sized businesses, now has a new look and a new website.
Electronic Workplace launched Website Concierge, a 24/7 online chat service providing sales and customer service support, at the recent Technology for Marketing and Advertising (TFM&A) exhibition at Earls Court. The response to Website Concierge at the show was fantastic.
Design Supply needed additional marketing support to promote their range of large format HP printers. The Richmond Marketing Consultancy was asked to develop the initial concept and then to project management the integrated marketing campaign for the Show Case.

Stison Publishing Solutions markets a software product targeted at small to medium sized book publishers, enabling them to quickly transfer their complete catalogue of books onto a website.
Stison knew that they had a good product, but felt that their marketing needed to be overhauled. The Richmond Marketing Consultancy was asked to review Stison’s approach and develop a cost effective marketing strategy.
